Where you need additional space to complete your answers, please include a separate sheet of paper. On the top of that separate sheet, indicate the name of the form and the number corresponding to the question you are answering.

Before deciding that a particular question on the application form does not apply to you, please verify with your Authorized Agent. Once it has been confirmed that the question does not apply to you, please write N/A in the space allocated for the answer to the question.

All supporting documents must be submitted in the original language. Where the original language of the supporting document is NOT English, then you MUST also submit an authenticated English translation of the original. Therefore in the cases where the original supporting document is not in English, you will have two submissions? one of the original document accompanied by the English translation. Where the original supporting document is in English, only the English document is required.

The history section of the Application for Saint Lucian Citizenship Form SL5, requires you to list each country where you have lived in the last ten years. For each place of residence include the month and year you started living at that location in the From column and the month and year you stopped living at that location in the TO column.

Only your Authorized Agents can check on the status of your application. The Unit will not share any information on the status of an application with anyone other than your Authorized Agent.

Approximately three (3) months.

The Citizenship by Investment Unit will inform your Authorized Agent once your application has been accepted for processing. In order to be accepted for processing by the Unit, your application MUST be fully compliant as per the legislation and guidelines published by the Citizenship by Investment Board.

From the date of notifying your Authorized Agent that your application has been accepted for processing, it will take approximately three months to process your application. Should there be any extenuating circumstances that would cause a delay in the processing of your application, your Authorized Agent will be informed directly by the Unit.
